Green Fitness & Wellness Chiropractic was founded by Garrett Green. He recently moved into a new building and added a wellness focused chiropractor to the Green Fitness & Wellness team. Dr. Erica Heppe is excited to join this office. Dr. Heppe graduated from the University of Virginia in 2010 and went on to Palmer West Chiropractic College for her Doctor of Chiropractic training. Dr. Erica practices evidence based treatments and hols many extra certifications including Activator Technique, RockTape, Webster technique, and Cox flexion-distraction to keep families pain free and active. Dr. Heppe grew up in Spotsylvania and while she attended Courtland High School, she played field hockey, tennis, and ran cross country and track.
