Over the last few years, nearly 100,000 people across TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube
have followed my work — not because I post flashy exercises, but because I explain the body
in a way that finally makes sense.
This library is where all of that work now lives — organized, expanded, and grounded
into something you can actually use when your body needs support.
I’m a chiropractor — but this isn’t about cracking backs or chasing symptoms. It’s about understanding how the nervous system, movement, and lived experience intersect in real bodies.
I created this library after seeing the same pattern over and over: people were doing everything right — stretching, strengthening, resting — and still felt stuck because no one ever explained the nervous system piece.

I didn’t set out to build a following. I started answering questions — and people kept saying the same thing: “No one has ever explained this like this before.”
“This actually helped me understand why stretching made my pain worse. I’ve been dealing with this for YEARS.”

“I’ve been to PT, chiro, massage — this is the first time it actually made sense.”

The videos that found their way onto millions of screens weren’t planned as “content.”
They were answers — repeated explanations to patients and followers who kept asking the same questions.
This library is where those explanations finally live in one place — organized, expanded, and built into a system you can actually return to.
It started with people saying:
“Can you explain this again?”
“Do you have something I can follow?”
“I saved your video because it helped.”
What you’re accessing here is the long-form version — the calm, complete explanation that short clips never had space for.
I’m a licensed chiropractor who works with real people — not just online, but every single day in practice.
Over time, my clinic grew faster than I could reasonably sustain, and I’ve had to limit new patient intake simply to protect quality of care.
I chose this price intentionally — not because the content isn’t valuable, but because access to understanding your body shouldn’t feel like another barrier to care.
One in-person session costs significantly more — and only reaches one person at a time. This library exists so the same explanations, patterns, and principles can support many people, repeatedly, in real life.
