Quick posture fix for back pain while standing

Pain with prolonged standing? The body will lock the knees to prevent them from wiggling around, but this will in turn add stress to the lumbar spine, sacrum, and pelvis.

Try gently bending your knees and see how your low back feels with this subtle movement.

Knee hyperextension (when the knee is locked and slightly pusheD back) is common, but tends to put added stress on the low back. The lumbar spine, sacrum, and pelvis all shiFt in a way that jams them together.
